How do I place an order?
Just click on the link here and you'll be transferred to the product page. Click "Buy it now" and you'll be taken to our checkout page.
First, fill out the required personal information
- Last Name
- Email Address (for the receipt)
- Shipping Address
and press "Continue to shipping"
Next, confirm that the shipping time and price work for you. We currently only offer one standard shipping time of 3-4 business days.
Finally, fill out your credit/debit card information and click "Pay now"
And that's it. A receipt will be sent to the provided email address, and you can expect to receive your planner within 4-6 business days

Do you offer customization for The Jiu-Jitsu Planner?
No, as of right now we only offer one product, and it only comes in one design.
We've done our best to make sure the planner has everything a Jiu-Jitsu practitioner could need to improve their game. If you feel that the planner is missing something, please send us an email at

Is The Jiu-jitsu Planner your only product?
Yes, as of right now, we only offer one product. That being said, in the future we may update the planner design based on customer feedback
Is the cover made from real leather?
No, the cover is made from PU leather, or polyurethane leather. This is an artificial leather made of a thermoplastic polymer.
While this may seem like a negative, we chose to use synthetic leather for the following reasons:
- Less expensive to manufacture, meaning we can offer you a lower price
- PU leather doesn't absorb water, making it easier to clean
- Unlike animal leather, PU leather doesn’t dry out over time

How big is The Jiu-Jitsu Planner?
The planner is 5.6" x 8.6" or 14.2 x 21.8 cm
This size is commonly referred to as A5, and is the standard size for notebooks and journals.

Shipping
If average shipping is 4 business days, then why does the expected arrival time say 4-10 business days?
Processing of each order takes 1-2 business days. In this time, your card will be charged and your order will be prepared for shipping.
Currently, we offer one standard shipping time of 2-8 business days, with an average time of 4 business days. This means that, in all, you can expect to receive your order within 5 business days, but it may take as long as 10 business days from order placement.

Can you ship outside of the US?
Unfortunately, at this time we are not equipped to ship products outside of the United States.

Payments
I got an email saying my purchase was refunded, but the funds aren't showing up in my account
Once your refund is approved, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account. Please remember that different bank and credit card companies have different speeds for processing and posting refunds as well.

I was given a discount code, but it's not accepted at checkout
We apologize for the inconvenience, here are a few things you can try to access your discount.
1. Check the spelling of the promo code
Review the spelling of the promo code and enter it again. Small details, like apostrophes and capitalization, are important to remember when entering your code.
2. Use the same email as your initial purchase
If you're putting in the correct code, but the discount is not applying, you may have entered a different email from the one you initially used. Try using the email that received the receipt of your initial purchase.
