Shipping policy

As an entirely online business, we strive to provide fast and affordable shipping to all of our customers. Depending on location, we offer a standard and expedited shipping option, costing $4.95 and $14.95 respectively

Estimated Time

Processing of each order takes 1-2 business days. In this time, your card will be charged and your order will be prepared for shipping. Then, depending on this ship option selected, your package will arrive in 2-6 business days. This means that, in all, you can expect to receive your order within 3 business days, but it may take as long as 8 business days from order placement.

Standard Shipping

All standard shipping orders have a set shipping cost of $4.95. We currently ship all orders out of Dallas, TX, so orders placed closer to this location will most likely arrive faster.

 

Expedited Shipping

All expedited shipping orders have a set shipping cost of $14.95. This option is available to all orders in the contiguous US, excluding Texas and Oklahoma, as the shipping time is already 2 days for those states.

 

Shipping Inquiries

USPS offers free tracking on all of our shipments, so you can use their tracking service for all of your orders. This will become available once the order is shipped out. If you have a question that cannot be answered by the USPS order tracker, send us a message at OrderStatus@bjjplanner.com and we'll do our best to assist you.

 

Available Shipping Locations

Unfortunately, at this time we are not equipped to ship products outside of the United States and US Territories. You can, however, have it shipped to a location within the United States and then arrange for a third party (family, friend, shipping company, etc.) to ship it internationally.
